By using the App, you consent to the data practices described herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

For individuals in the EU/EEA, the Company is the “data controller” under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

- Account Data: Name, email address, and any optional information you provide, such as bird species or location.
- User Content: Photos, videos, or notes uploaded for AI-based analysis.

- Technical Data: IP address, device model, OS version, unique device identifiers.
- Usage Metrics: Features accessed, time spent, crash logs, session data, and similar analytics.
- Cookies & Tracking: We and our service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, remembering your preferences, and improving performance.
2.3 Payment Data
All payments for in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card details. We may receive limited transaction information (e.g., subscription status) from Apple for record-keeping and customer support.

We use the data we collect to:
- Operate and Improve the App: Provide core functionality, process user inputs for AI analysis, and enhance user experience.
- AI Analysis: Process photos and other user-provided data to generate informational insights regarding bird health.

- Marketing: Where permitted, send promotional materials or updates. You can opt out at any time.
- Legal Compliance: Comply with legal requirements, investigate suspected misconduct, and enforce our Terms.
